Thanks Jordankeeps!
The purity seals I did with bleached bone then a Badab Black wash then a Devlan mud wash. I think it gave it a good "papery" kind of look.

Thanks for the compliments.
I'm not done completely. I need to highlight the ridges on the skull helmet. I was happy how the skull helmet came out with the shading. I would like to say it was all done with skill, but it actually was fixing a horrid job I had done trying previously.
I primered it white all over because I painted it after I had assembled it, red covers white much easier than black. With the seals, I basically looked around on the internet and found tips and tricks to make them look good (at least from my perspective).
I did the top part of the seal in Mechrite Red, washed everything with Badab Black, making sure the wash stayed thick in the recesses. After it dried, I washed it in Devlan Mud.
The Crozius Arcanum, the eagles on his knee, rear, and chain holding the parchment on the top of the vents, has actually been white for a month because I didn't have a citdel gold anything except Golden Yellow... which was not going to work and the closet gaming shop is an hour drive east or west. Then I found my old testors metallic gold. Painted the all the above, let it dry then washed it in Badab black to dull the shine and contrast the crevices and peaks of the feathers on the Crozius. I was worried how it would work out, but the Badab Black did its job quite nicely I think.
Anyway, I'm glad I took the time to 90% finish it.
