Here is my 2nd Ed. Ghazghkull Thraka. Cool little model. Ton of freaking skulls I also have a modern Ghazghkull Thraka that is to be painted in the near future, and this guy doesn't nearly measure up in terms of awesome badassery, so this guy here will play the role of Nob in my Goff Ork slugga/choppa mob.

Here is the mob he will be leading. I think he fits in quite well with the skulls and horns and whatnot

I like your style, man. It would only be better if he was painted in day-glo early 90's colors!

Beautifully oldschool!
Considering the relative poorness of the 2nd ed goffs you've made them look pretty dam good!

Thanks for the compliments! As for makari, I don't have a model of him. I bought this guy off if eBay, and makari wasn't for sale as well.

For anyone interested in taking a look at my painting step by step, here is a link to a wiki a bud and I made for displaying just that. The wiki has my painted models, and unpainted as well. There are a few unpainted models I have that aren't in my list yet.

It is as if someone in the Matrix asked for a selection of Orks...

They seem to go on forever.

I love the "non-uniformed unity" that they have- they are all exactly the same while wearing a rag-tag array of stuff. I like it, and nice painting.

JB: I like the concept of a free Shrike roaming through the treetops of the jungle. I'm not sure that I like the idea of a real Shrike sitting on my couch eating my Skittles.
corpsesarefun: Thank god I missed be nice to shrike day.
greenskin lynn: because of all the skittles and soda, you basically live off sugar water, like some sort of freakish human-hummingbird hybrid.

I love the Old School Ork boyz lmao. I'm a relatively new gamer (mid 2000's) but they just have a charm about them. Doesn't hurt that I generally dislike GW's current Orks/Orcs.
