This is my first attempt at a no-GK list using C:GK. No idea how well it would work, but I'm not expecting to use it in a tournament or anything.

ahem. Sorry bout that. I like your list alot. Your List is impressive to say the least.

I like the well structured q0 man squads of warrior acolytes, they remind me of guardsman squads (albiet Led by Monkeys )

And of course, my favorite bit. Death Cult Spam.Using Crusaders to keep them alive, as i would have done. Well done.

Well, they're supposed to be stormtrooper squads. And I'm actually modelling the Jokaero as AdMech Skitarii.

Yay, Brofists!

That is true. I like the idea of Skitarri, but i'd keep them as Jokero. Monkey Magic isnt the same when your monkeys are robot centaurs.

Cool list as far as concept goes, its exactly what a cotez-army should look like.

Its just a pity that the stormtroopers in the codex are even more overpriced than the overpriced stormtroopers in the IG codex.

The DCult ubit is guaranteed to vaporise and Meq unit it hits. Probably the only problem will then be being left in the open

Yeah, they're really there as total shock troops. Anything that REALLY needs to be removed from the board gets a ton of Death Cult and Crusaders dropped on it from the Stormraven. Once that happens, the stormraven is there just to float around annoying tanks.

Looking good, couple of things though:

Chimeras and Stormravens can fit 12 models, I recommend the extra deathcult assassin to make it more killy. I also find a bs 3 jokero is no subsitute for 2 bs 3 jokeros... you get the bonus of always netting a good roll on the upgrade table and two lascannons are always better than one. Also I find the heavy flamer is not as effective on the chimeras who are predominantly shooty and kept at a distance. The heavy bolter is the better pick in this list. Also I find plasma being rapidfired from the chimeras on acolytes is good against terminators and monsterous creatures etc.

PS Stormraven with Inq + killy henchmen is a really cool dynamic to run with and I do the same in mine.

Sadly, I have nowhere near the points to add either of those. That list totals up to 992 points, so the most I could add is 2 extra standard gear acolytes

Cool list, trhis is what I would do: Drop 1 crusader for 2-3 warrior acolytes for more wound alocation.

Get 2 melta guns in the chimeras (not the flamer) but instead try to get a psyker vs anti horde.
