I know it is nit-picky, but you can barely see any differenc between the Irish and Italian dakka-flag. This can be a problem in the swap-shop. Maybe a slight color change would be apropriate.

They are annoyingly similar, but so are many other flags. You can view the image info on a flag you dont know or have trouble identifying to get the country code if you cannot tell by the user's location setting or the context of a post. Finding a good orange colour that will not look red at such a small scale is very hard without changing the style of the flag images.

Might I suggest using a harp on the tricolor. Strictly not the flag but it would stop confusion.
