This could be a tad silly question but What is the stat line for hurricane bolters is each sponson firing 24" S4 Ap5 rapid fire(6 shots at 12 or 3 shots at 24)

It would help if you could clear this up for me since the codex just says it is 3 TL bolters.

What does a bolter do?
Strength 4 AP5 Rapid Fire 24"
What does a twin linked bolter do?
The same as above, but rerolling misses.
What do 3 twin linked bolters do?
The same as above, but there's three of them per weapon. It's pretty cut and dry. In other words, your first assumption is correct; they can fire 3 shots each at 24, or 6 shots each at 12.
