So im trying to decide how i want to play my necrons and i want your guys opinion. what kinda of wing do you think is best? Destroyer wing, wraith wing, tomb spyder wing etc.

Do you want to sit back and shoot more? Or do you want to get up close and personal with Wraiths in CC. Both of these wings runs about the same cost-wise, save that Destroyers can be bought en mass alongside Warriors from the battle-force. Either is pretty effective but both require a few 'Lith's to be taken aswell

Well i dont mind either specifically but i've heard alot about either wing, perhaps this is a better question: is there one wing that is better all-around or are they different depending on what army your playing against: example: if you're playing ig would a certain wing be more advantageous over the other?

You should probably start with Destroyers. Seems easier to get the hang of.

And don't spend a lot of cash or time until the new codex and models come out.

I would advocate waiting, at least until the end of May or June before you do anything. Most players are expecting that Necrons will be the next down the pipeline, and with a new publication, it could dramatically change the way everything plays.

I have heard that the destroyer/H. Destroyer are basically going to be the same thing in the codex, its either going to be an upgrade difference, or something along those lines. So those probably wouldnt be a terrible choice to buy. But I agree, just wait they are getting a new dex soonish, unless you get a super deal on some
