Hi all. Just finished a couple of 400pt combat patrol games, Eldar vs Blood Angels and Daemons vs GK. The Eldar and BA game went pretty much as expected.... The Eldar got hammered, although that was mainly due to my lil bro's frankly s**t die roll's! The most interesting game thou came from the Daemons vs GK....Daemons of Khorne, they went something like this:
7 Blood Letters
2 Blood Crushers
5 Flesh Hounds Inc Karanak
Herald of Khorne w/ Blessing of the Blood God and Iron Hide
In the GK corner were:
Brotherhood Champion
Justicar Thawn
5 Terminators w/ Psycannon and Nemesis Force Halbards.
And the result? A thrashing for the GK's....obviously the way to go if fighting GK's with Daemons is to do it in a combat patrol game. And before you all start, yes I know the army's are not strictly legal but we used what we had. The Blessing of the Blood God was just a killer in the end.

Daemons have a disadvantage against GK but not enough to guarantee and auto-win for the GK.

Purplefood's right, but still, you're basing your opinion off of combat patrol. Grey Knights aren't exactly threatening to anyone at low point values.
