The way I see it in a basic sense is:

Nurgle & Khorne = Fine?
Nurgle &Tzeentch = ARGH, DIE!
Nurgle & Slaanesh = Err... pretty things? Must die?

Khorne & Nurgle = Fine?
Khorne & Tzeentch = ARGH YOUR MAGICKS MAKE ME DESPISE YOU.
Khorne & Slaanesh = PINKO GIRLY THING, YOU DIE.

Tzeentch & Khorne = Get away from me you mono-minded, bloodthirsty cretin!
Tzeentch & Nurgle = Nothing obstructs change you smelly dimwit!
Tzeentch & Slaanesh = Wow, even I wouldn't go so far as to give my followers boobs.

Slaanesh & Khorne = Muscles makes me hard.
Slaanesh & Tzeentch = Magic makes me hard
Slaanesh & Nurgle = Ewww, you look disgusting! But then again I wonder what it would feel like if I disembowelled myself like you...

My point? Does anyone hate Slaanesh *the most*? It seems like he has no sworn enemies...

Khorne hates him the most. They're bitter rivals.

Slaneesh is the newbie chaos god and the rest of them just put up with him.

He's both. Whatever the mood takes him or her to be.

Khorne is said to absolutely hate Slannesh, basically becasue Khorne has a sense of honour and respect for his enemies. But then again, Khorne hates everyone to varying degrees, and I guess he hates Nurgle least of the other three Gods.

Because Nurgle gives his followers the constitution to wade through gunfire to get to combat. More durable troops = more killy troops.

Khorne is pleased.

Slaanesh' emphasis on pleasure and self-indulgence contradicts Khorne's emphasis on blood and war, so they're mutual enemies.

While all the Chaos Gods are enemies of one another, Khorne/Slaanesh and Tzeentch/Nurgle are the main rivalries.

Yep, basicly as everyone has said allready, Slaanesh/Khorne dont get along due to the conflicting idiologies.

But don't Khorne and Tzeentch hate each other because the Blood God despises all forms of ranged combat and magic?

Khorne hates a lot of guys. Nurgle probably gets a grudging acceptance that he's better than the others, at best. I don't think Tzeentch respects anyone enough to hate them.

Khorne is Slaanesh's bitter rival. As I understood it Slaanesh takes pleasure in defeating his enemies, Khorne feels only hate for them.

Khorne sees tzeench's magic as a weak cowards thing but he doesn't mark tzeench daemons for death more than other things. But then all the gods war with each other just tzeench and nurgle/Khorne and Slaanesh fight each other the most. Though it should be said that Tzeench constantly gets the other gods to fight for him.
