I have been tweaking this list for a bit now and was just looking for some input.

If you intending to bring the greater deamon on the table throught the raptor champ, don't bother with any upgrades on him. Give the squad meltas instead.

Def A good suggestion, I will have to crunch the points on that.
I'm just a little worried that outside of the PC's on the oblit's I don't have a lot to deal with horde.

the sorcerers are just daemon princes but with worse stats so make them princes, also that many daemons doesn't normally work, another unit of marines would be better

I think you do.
Lesser Daemons in that number assaulting when they come down will deal quite well with hordes. Plague Marines although not necessarily killing loads, won't be dieing themsleves, so maybe after a few rounds of combat, probably with a little help will win combat against Large squads.
And putrid one, Chaos Sorcerers have a distinct advantage over Daemon Princes in many cases, in that they can hide in squads (and leave whenever they want). at 2500 points, with only 3 tanks to hide behind, two Daemon Princes i would imagine would go down first turn to long range shooty armies (like Guard, DE, Eldar, Space Wolves, Razorback spam etc) unless there is plenty of LOS blocking terrain in decent positions.
Its perhaps not the best Chaos list ever (but to be honest i don't know what is, i personally don't know if 2x Lash Princes and 9 Oblits is really all that good), but you have 6 troops, 7 very useful Oblits, a nice fast raptor unit, and Daemons that hopefully will be assaulting the turn they come down, and overall i can see this list working quite well.

I made a few tweaks to this list once again before I took it out:
-Sorc /w wings, MB, PP, MOS, Lash, Icon
-Sorc /w wings, MB, PP, MOS, Lash, Icon
-7 Plague Mariines /w 2x MG AC /w PF, CM, Icon in rhino /w combi melta
-7 Plague Mariines /w 2x MG AC /w PF, CM, Icon in rhino /w combi melta
-7 Plague Mariines /w 2x MG AC /w PF, CM, Icon in rhino /w combi melta
-12 summoned lesser daemons
-12 summoned lesser daemons
-12 summoned lesser daemons
-summoned greater daemon
-2 obliterators
-2 obliterators
-5 Havocs /w 4 ML
-5 raptors /w 2x melta and naked AC
-5 raptors /w 2x melta and naked AC
I made it all the way to the finals with this list and lost by the narrowest of margins to a killer DE list due to a play mistake on my part.
The only thing I would change out is the Havocs. I found that they were not mobile enough to be effective.

I would probably drop the lesser demon sqauds down to 9 each so you can 4 sqauds. They don't take up force organization slots, so you don't have to be worried about them taking up more than 6 slots.

If this is the play style you like stick with it. To each there own.
My only suggestion would be to switch the ML to AC. 8 S7 shots is just as good if not better than 4 S4 shots. You can pop transports better, and still damage AV13 enough. Just a thought.

I'd take two AC and two ML in each squad, is gets the best of both worlds
havocs can't take objectives, so mobility isn't important for them...

More smaller squads are def in the future plans for this list.

The biggest problem with *mobility* that I have is if they get into a position where LOS is blocked for some reason they have to waste a turn moving rather than shooting.
with several other units that can both move and supply firepower at the same time they lose favor for me quickly
