Eldrad is the only Eldar who can reuse any power once, all others may not. Eldrads third power must still be something different.

Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.

yes, it is true that farseers can't cast the same power twice. eldrad can cast a power twice and then use a third power which must be different. so if you stop doom or guide with a psychic hood, eldrad can cast it one more time. if you stop that one it won't go off due to him not being able to repeat a power a third time. but if your opponent is using a normal farseer, then once you stop a power they can't recast it.
also eldrad won't fail on a 5 5 6 because he drops the highest so he would be left with 5 5 and that would pass. he only fails to cast on a 5 6 6 or a 6 6 6.

Obviously, this is because the Eldar are the most Psykic superior race in the 40k universe.

Retroactively applied infallability is its own reward. I wish I knew this years ago.

If he wishes to cast a power he has already attempted that turn it must be upon the 'third' casting attempt (granted by the Staff of Ulthamar).
The 'second' power granted by Spirit Stones does not allow you to re-cast, so it is indeed Eldrad's second power that must be 'something different'.
