This question is purely for the fluff of my DKoK army, but how big do you think the 5th sige regiment is? How many platoons are there in a company? How many companies are there in the regiment? I've been looking around google, but I guess my google-fu isn't good enough since I couldn't find anything.... Thanks in advance!

Doubt such information is available, as Regimental size varies greatly. You can have 5,000 to 200,000 basically.

Best I could find was the description of a Krieg Infantry Company in Imperial Armor Volume 5:

-740 Men
-3 Centaurs
-39 Heavy Weapons

The Company has 11 Platoons (1 Heavy Weapons) plus HQ
