Okay so I'm a new to space marines and I'm still figuring them out. This is a list for a campaign I'll be playing in soon and I could use some help.

HQ

Librarian-140
Terminator Armor
Storm Shield

Chaplain-130
Terminator armor
Storm Bolter

Elites

Terminator Squad-200
No Special Weapons

Land Raider-275
Extra Armor
Storm Bolter

Terminator Assault Squad-200
Storm Shields and Thunder Hammers

Sternguard Squad-125

Razorback-50
Hunter-killer Missile

Troops

Scout Squad-150
10 Man Squad Bolters
Heavy Bolter
Teleport Homer

Tactical Squad-185
10 Man Squad
Meltagun
Lascannon

Rhino-45
Hunterkiller Missile

Tactical Squad-180
10 Man Squad
Meltagun
Plasma Cannon

Rhino-45
Hunterkiller Missile

Fast Attack

Assault Squad-215
10 man squad
Powerfist

Heavy Support

Predator-100
Autocannon
Heavy bolter Sponsons
Extra Armor

Predator-180
Twinlinked Lascannons
Lascannon Sponsons
Extra Armor

Land Raider Redeemer-265
Extra Armor
Multi-melta

So here is the list. Some Questions I have are:

Do I have enough troops? (scoring Units)
Do I have enough anti-armor? (there are usually a lot of tanks)
Do I have a good balance of anti-personnel to anti-armor?

Some info on what to expect in a fight:

Speed Freak Orks
Drop Pod Space Marines
Dark Eldar (all with transports)
Space Wolves (I don't know much about this army)
Imperial Guard (tank Heavy)[/size]

If you don't think you have enough troops, you can combat squad.

Buy Imperial War Bonds

Killing daemons, heretics, witches, worse witches, mindless robots, traitors, hungry bugs, green skins and space communists needs your monetary support.

On a hate rampage.

Drop the autocannon on the first Predator and take a twin linked lascannon-Autocanons aren't great.

Give your land raiders multi meltas
Both of these should give you decent anti tank.

Use Telion with the scouts. Trust me, he's awesome

And I guess your attaching the HQ's to termie squads.. which is good

Sternguard never die

Okay so I changed one of the Land raiders to have a Multi-Melta (I don't have one to put on the other). I don't have the points to change the Autocannon to a lascannon (if you can find a good place to get the points I'll listen). I have no idea where to get the points to put telion in the army (again any ideas I'll lister). And yes the HQ's will be attached to the terminator squads.

So one of the tactical ideas I want to use is having the scouts in the Redeemer and take advantage of the teleport homer (6"from the land raider or from the sergeant after they disembark) and no opponent would guess that there are scouts in a land raider.

Combat Squads is a good idea for those objective based games.

Thank you for the input.

Should I tweak it anymore? (and how would you put telion or the lascannons on the predator)
