I want to put more heads and such from conquered foes on my orks. What are some good tyranid/tau/eldar bits that look good as battle trophies and where can I get them?

You could the the helm and shoulder plates from the Tau. Eldar you could again use the helms and maybe make some of those soul gems out of green stuff or shave them off the models. For tyranids their carapace plating or turn their talons into weapons. Just a few ideas. Don't work with those models so those who do might have more and better ideas.

You could also have ... imagine the rabbit foot charm thing.. make it eldar hair, as apparently all that hair popping out from their helmets is hair, and the oop eldar only prove that.

Heads and helmets are the easy and fluffy choices. Banners for Tau/Eldar perhaps.

Or if you want to model your orks with 'useful' trophies, plenty of Tau/Eldar weapons would be lootable/repairable by your meks to create counts-as shootas etc. And similarly, nid talons would be great counts-as choppas.
