Here is my model of Mad Doc Grotsnik all painted up. I rather like how the apron turned out. I decided not to bloody it up, but instead decided to make it just dirty lookin. I like how the dirt dirt on the bottom of the apron make it look like it has actually been dragging on the ground.

It lacks a visual punch. It needs some more contrast or highlighting because it is quite flat looking.

Yeah, he is a bit on the dull side. I personally am not a big fan of a whole lot of flare or pop on my boys. Unless they are second edition, then it goes well. That is only my opinion of course

Thats all good, but I'm assuming you at least want some part of the model to bee seen instead of just a bland of colors. I personally just looked around the model for a little while and couldn't find a place to focus my eye on. Not to mention that when its on the table, it will look even more dull since thats from quite a more distance than the photo.

I do however, want to complement you on the metals, a thin black wash for shading and they look acing!

i like my boys to be really colory, that said, i like the job on him, it really does show some skill, he'll go great with those awesome ard'boys you made. thumbs up
