evening all. Right what im after is some fine brass chain to make a kind of leash thing but the prob is bitsandkits.co.uk always seem to be out of stock, does anyone know where i can get some????

The only thing i know is getting gs and making chain but you could prob get some from those crappy brass bracelets that are painted silver from vending machines lol

Go to any craft store (Michael's, JoAnn, Hobby Lobby, etc.) and go to the jewelry aisle. There will be more chain in more sizes than you'll ever know what to do with. And most likely for less money than at bitsandkits.

Not exactly what your looking for, but I recently bought a cheap necklace made from various delicate chains from one of those accessory stores for girls you'll find around.
It cost me around 10 euros and I have plenty of fine chain to last me a lifetime.

Might be worth checking out.

There's almost too many options at Michael's I still haven't been able to figure out which ones the best.
Let me know which one you decide on.

Another thing that's worth picking up at the craft store, that's similar to chain- There's a yarn called Sugar and Cream that they'll have huge piles of at any craft store for next to nothing, and it makes for pretty great rope at the scale we work in.
