What is the best build for a pack of Wolf Guard?
All the same weapons or should i take advantage of the options to mix it all up?
My local meta is a mix of pretty much every race and for the sake of argument imagine whatever supporting units you like.

The best way to use them is a pod full of combi-meltas. I like to run 5 terminators in a pod, 4 with combi-melta wolf claw and one with combi-melta chainfist. That comes to 260 points and is a solid unit

Wolf Guard are such a customizable unit that it entirely depends on what job/s you want them to do.
You have to also take into account whether/how many models you intend to split off to lead squads.
Exactly how many models you take also determines how many of certain weapons (like cyclone missile launchers) you can take. If you were planning to take a cheap unit of 3 guys with combi-meltas in a pod to melt a big tank, maybe it's worth taking two more guys so one of them can have a cyclone and lead your Long Fangs. That kind of thing factors into the decision as well.
If you're planning to take a pack of WG to run around as a unit, it all depends on what job you want them to have. Combi-weapons are pretty cheap, but the squad gets a bit expensive. If you're going small (like 5-6, or less), it's probably best to go with all one type of combi- probably combi-melta to kill the heck out of a vehicle, or combi-plasma to counter enemy terminators, monstrous creatures, or bikes. If you're going big (8-10), it might be worth going half and half, so your uber-unit can lay the smack down on whatever's in the neighborhood.

Remember that they can take one of each of the combi's.
One of my favorite things to do is to do a smaller unit (5-6) each with a combi-melta & a combi-plasma. Then they can bust a tank or a heavy infantry. That unit + a pod comes to just over 200 pts.
They usually pack a really nasty punch.
