Not really a debate, but more of a, yes that is correct.

FNP is always taken unless a wound is caused by an AP 1/2, Power Weapon, or a user that has a strength 2x your toughness.

Right, but you dont get it against anything that doesnt allow a save. Like rending and dangerous terrain tests

Any other confirmations would be great.

AP 3 Weapons are not included, you still get FNP. Correct?

Correct. Essentially: can a terminator / MANz take an armour save? If the answer is "yes", and the weapon doesnt trigger the ID rules, then you may take FNP
