my questions are,

can I start a 10 man sqd in the transport and consider them combat squaded in the transport?

can I have 2 six man teams (seperate sqds) and a dread in the transport at 1 time?

No. A transport can only hold one unit, per the basic rules.

The Storm Raven has specific permission for it to hold a Dreadnought in addition to the other unit, but that's it.

No. If you do that then you are trying to carry 2 units, and not the two units the SR is allowed to carry

Vehicles can only carry one unit at a time. The SR has an exceptopn but you can ONLY carry one infantry / JI unit AND a dreadnought still
