You're definitely messing with my usual notion of what makes a good
DE gunline (I personally feel vehicles are an integral part of
DE gunline). But let's consider this a bit and see if we can tighten it up and I'll try to avoid mewling about how vehicles could make it better...try.
He-mos go with Trueborn. Two DLs plus a HexRifle for MC and Vehicle Pwnage.
This leaps out at me first for two reasons;
1. The appropriate short name is Haemy, or Hamies, He-
mos sounds like some sort of
He-Man enemy.
2. Hexrifles are assault weapons and are good versus
MCs and infantry - they suxx0rz versus vehicles. Dark Lances are Heavy weapons and are good versus
MCs and vehicles - they suxx0rz versus infantry.
3.
FNP becomes better the more models gain it.
So, I'll give you a pass on #1 (though i think it invalidates your entire list and strongly dates me as a child of the 80s) that said;
The Hexrifle pretty much wants to shoot at the same things that splinter weaponry does, and you have a giant blob squad of guys with splinter weaaponry but intend to put the Heamy in with an extremely minimized squad of three guys who are going to want to be shooting at tanks. Don't like it.
Troops
20 Warriors w/ 2 Splinter Cannons
5 Warriors w/ Blaster // Venom w/ 2 Splinter Cannons
5 Warriors w/ Blaster // Venom w/ 2 Splinter Cannons
I will point out I think the Dakka Venom builds are superior in basically every way imaginable to the giant footslogging blob. Since you're footslogging and lack counter assault units I would probably recommend splitting the big mob into two so a single assault unit getting across the board can't glomph the entire unit in one turn.
Fast
9 Reavers w/ 3 Heat Lance, Champion, Venom Blade
I really don't see the Champion helping much, as this squad is really more about light harassment and tank hunting. I think you'd be better served dropping the champion and going with 3x 3 RJBs w 1 Heat Lance.
I'll also add that I believe the Blaster is superior to the Heat Lance in multiple ways and you're better off taking it instead of the Lance.
Heavy
Ravager w/ Flickerfield
Ravager w/ Flickerfield
Ravager w/ Flickerfield
Ravenous.
As a whole I don't think you have as much firepower as you should. I personally think the big point sink is those RJBs, that's a *lot* of points that could go into buying more offensive tools that can pump more firepower downrange than the RJBs could ever hope to. I also think you'd do a lot better being mech gunline, but will accept that's not what you're going for (though I do think by the time you're having 5 vehicles in the list you've providing enough mech to shoot at that you're not really taking advantage of being 'foot' enough to mess with the enemy bringing anti-mech weapons).
