So . . . .Who counts as psykers for Culexus? I know friendly and enemy units do, and all GK are psykers right? So does this mean a Culexus assassin standing next to a unit of 10 GK gets 12 attacks?

I know there was a thread that talked about the definition of a psyker earlier, but I can't seem to find it again, I apologize if this topic has already been brought up.

A Unit with the "Brotherhood of Psykers" Special rule counts as single psyker (GK codex pg.21).

Henchmen Psykers count as "single Psyker for the purposes of psychic tests etc" so those are most likely out of the game too. Feel free to have an allied eldar pile seer councils onto the assassin though.

Basically any model with the special rule "Psyker" is a psyker.

Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.

The Brotherhood of Psykers special rule does say that units of Grey Knights are psykers. However, it specifically mentions that the unit counts as a single psyker and follows all the normal rules for psykers with a few clarifications:

1. Using the leadership of the Justicar/Knight of the Flame
2. How to resolve Perils

So no, you wouldn't get all those bonus shots.

Grey Knight Units count as 1 psyker so you only gain 1 attack per Grey Knight units.

Psyker Henchmen is more of a grey area. Either each unit group counts as 1 (not RaW possible RaI), they each count as 1 (possible RaW, possible RaI), or they each count as 1 and unit group also counts as a further 1 (RaW, almost certainly not RaI).

Fling: group counts a 1 but they themselves are not any is the Closest to RAW; they are all named Psyker, but none possess the psyker Special rule(although the group as a whole does) and we all know names mean very little excepting purchace options(CSM Daemon princes/ Summoned Daemons for example).

This is my Rulebook. There are many Like it, but this one is mine. Without me, my rulebook is useless. Without my rulebook, I am useless.
Stop looking for buzz words and start reading the whole sentences.

Funnily enough, the Culexus Asassin asks for Psykers is a capital P, who count as single psyker (lowercase p)...

The Ceulexus assassin says nothing about the Psyker rule. There is another argument that Jidmah has highlighted that ONLY Psykers from the Henchmen squad add to his shots. Your interpretation has no real founding in RaW.

No, as it is only a psyker for TWO specific reasons; casting its power Fortitude and psychic hoods.

No other reason

As quoted above, if you read the full rules for Psyker Henchmen it says that they all count as a single psyker.

For certain purposes. You could argue that only Psyker Henchmen count (and each one counts individually) as they are the only unit who's name is psyker...

No, their rules say:

"All psykers in the same unit are treated as a single psyker for the purposes of Psychic tests, etc..."

Since there is no limitation placed on that 'etc', it means they count as a single psyker for all purposes.

In the current codex, Synapse is a special rule, not a psychic power. Tyranids with psychic powers are very clearly labeled in the codex.
