This list needs some refining
IMO.
CCS - Never mix special weapons in a unit. It looks good on paper, but in any given round of shooting the unit will not be as effective as it could be. I'd switch out all the wargear for 4xplasma or melta. Straken doesn't really fit in this list as you never want to assault with this few of guys. Drop him. Also drop the
MOO. He never really does anything due to the scatter. If you want to take an advisor, take the MOF as he can really shine depending on opponent. Best chimera loadout is
ML/
HF IMO, but to each his own.
Troops - No point in quite a few of these upgrades. No point in
PF/
PP as the squad is supposed to shoot, not assault. Vox is useless as it has no effect when the unit is mounted. 3xmelta is good. Only time I don't run 3 melta is when I run 3 plasma.
HWT is pointless as it takes away the biggest advantage of mech troops, that being movement, in order to fire. Carapace is also pointless, again because the squad is in a tank and doesn't need better saves. Heavy stubber never really has a use, I'd drop it if I was you. I'd also take at least another squad of troops to help in objective games
Elites - Ratlings. Just no

Only elite unit I would advise running are
PBS in a chimera and stormtroopers (min unit size w. 2 special weapons) in a vendetta
Fast Attack - Scout sentinels aren't bad but I've never had good luck with them. I'd rather run vendettas or hellhounds.
IMO the valk is kinda pointless but again, to each his own. If you keep it run it with 2 rocket pods and thats it.
Heavy Support - Punisher is one of the most overpriced russ varients. Best 3 tanks are vanilla russ (with
HB or lascannon front sponson) Demolisher (with lascannon or
HB front sponson) or Executioner (w. lascannon front and plasma sides) Reason behind never really putting sponsons on the tanks is that in order to fire them you have to stay still, which is tantamount to a death sentence for a tank.
Hope this helped
