So, i binged.
I went with my son to pick up some kits for his tyranids, ended up with a funk-ton of tyranid boxes and a battlegroup, but also most of the DH & DW RPG books.
Is there some sort of collected resource for the chapter "the storm wardens" ?
all i can find is what's basically already on lexicanum, nothing like a fan-made codex or somesuch?

I'd love to do some Storm Warden mini's when i'm done with my smurfs.

and also, this incident they were involved with, any more info on that?

All the infor for the Storm Wardens will in the Death Watch Books / On the Fantasy Flight website, as they created the chapter. Perhaps in time there may be a Black Librairy book or two about them, similar to the Blood Ravens.

That should help...
They seem to have been used in something as there is a decent amount on them relative to some chapters...
Ahh, they were used for Deathwatch...

Yeppers, but I need more fluff, character names, background. It would be quite lousy to spend X amount of time writing fluff and nameplates etc for all the characters in the army if i had to embrace the suck when/if fluff is expanded...

You could always make it up...

just build on the existing fluff.

No one will care and will actually find it quite nice.

If more official fluff does come out about them then you can always rewrite stuff.

Self-proclaimed evil Cat-person. Dues Ex Felines

Cato Sicarius, after force feeding Captain Ventris a copy of the Codex Astartes for having the audacity to play Deathwatch, chokes to death on his own D-baggery after finding Calgar assembling his new Eldar army.

Actually, the Storm Wardens will probably always stay a relatively minor chapter. It is unlikely that they ever get their entire background written, with names for each company captain, each of their most famous battles described in detail, etc like the ultramarines or the blood angels.

So it is probably safe for you to write down some fluff about one or two companies, that would be enough for your chapter, and will probably never be contradicted by any official publication.

"How many more worlds do we sacrifice? How many more millions or billions do we betray before we turn and fight?" - attributed to Captain Leoten Semper of Battlefleet Gothic - Gothic War, the evacuation of Belatis.

If commanding a Titan is a measure of true power, then commanding a warship is like having one foot on the Golden Throne - Navy saying.
