Nice fast army, decent armour, decent coverage with the KFF meks...
I have to say, I've never actually seen anyone take the Big Bomm on a deffkopta. Looks like you're going with an anti-infantry Kopta build? Just use the deffrollas, Boomgun and power klaws as anti-tank?
Maybe replace the 'eavy armour on the Meks (they shouldn't really be in CC unless tooled up for it, and by then you might as well get a Warboss) with some Rokkits on the Battlewagons? And I think if you're going to have the painboy in the Nob squad, give the nobs Cybork instead of 'eavy armour. They'll get the 4+ save from the Feel No Pain, a 4+cover save from the Warbikes, but if anything ignores armour, it'll ignore the FnP as well, meaning the Cybork will be the only thing to fall back on.

because of how tough the bikers will be with 3 powerklaws i think they will be my main anti tank. i was thinking of putting some rokkit launchas on the wagons for anti tank. the best weapons i can have for anti tank is strength 8 anyway. what else would you recommend for antitank without loseing the idea of the army ( always a problem when i put ork lists together)

Really not sure. Seems like you're pretty much set, with 3 Nob PKs on bikes, rokkits and Deffrollas on the Battlewagons (remember, you get d6 Str. 10 hits with a Battlewagon, even against vehicles, plus the ram hit) and you really should take some Rokkits on them, to keep Weapon Destroyed! results from becoming Immobilized! results. yeah, your Big Mek could fix it, but you'd lose a turn of movement.
Maybe drop 1 or two Big Bomms from your squad of Koptas to put a boarding plank on your Trukk? So when you're driving up to hit them with the Wrekkin' ball, you can also get a PK attak off, without having to disembark. I somehow doubt you'll get a chance to drop all 5 Big Bomms in a game anyways (because really, dropping more than 2 or 3 at a time is waaay overkill)
If you are indeed using Koptas as anti-infantry, maybe look at Outflanking them instead of using the Scout move (allowed) as a late-to-mid-game way of contesting and removing troops from backfield objectives?
And remember, the Boomgun is Ordinance, which means it rolls 2d6, take the highest for Armour Penetration.

Nice Cult of Speed/Evil Suns list.
To be honest, since your running light mobs of boys (since they are in trukks), a 3rd trukk mob might be the best choice. This way, you can run your Choppas in 3 squads of 1 to not worry about moral checks and the option of dropping your bombs on 3 different targets.
I agree with the Meks losing the Eavy armor since it looks like your running them in the 19 boyz squad and running those in the battlewagons. The boyz are their armor.
With the Eavy Armor vs Cybork, go cybork. In hth with generic assault squads, your Toughness 5 and FNP and 2 wounds should make it hard for them. Invuln for power weapons, really the same reason for having it vs shooting. If you can afford both, awesome.
I would also give your last Nob a big Chopper. Yeah, they blow against power armor, but could help against something like a dread, even though your going init 2 (3 on a charge). Think of it as a cheap PK vs Vehicles.

also, nob biker, get s a 4+ cover save from exhaust cloud, so the 'eavy armour is just wasted point on bikers. FNPwill allow you to reroll failed saves on an attack that is not ID nor from a power weapon. that gives you an average of 2+ or 3+ save from normal wounds.
Putting points on the cybork is a good idea since they are atni vehicle. Walkers can crush your mob in 4 hits right now. If you put cybork, you will get the 5+ asve that might save your guys.

Well yeah, a power fist on a Marine will ID, since their base toughness is still 4. Anvildude pretty much covered that.

On the Nob Bikers you can drop the 'eavy armor, as mentioned before. But I would suggest adding in a bosspole and maybe a Waaagh! Banner. This will allow you to reroll a failed Ld Check, raise the weapon skill of the entire mob by 1 and most importantly allow you to kit out all your Nobs a little differently, which means you will be able to take 4 wounds before you lose a biker.
If you want something that is able to pop armor consistently then you may want look at adding a Warboss into that bike squad. This would allow you to drop a PK or Two from the Nobz because the Warboss's attacks are St. 10 even if you don't get the charge. But I think the biggest advantage to adding a Warboss is that he will turn your Nob bikers into a scoring unit which can fly across the board to snag that last objective you need to win.

Ummm. How too say this. Warbikes give a 4+ Save. You also get a 4+ cover save. IMO if taking bikers go the whole hog and take wazdakka.

Bikers already get the 4+ armor save as well as cover, if you want another save to fall back on get the 5+ involn. If you take a warboss then you can give him a bike, and he'll increase their ld to a 9, and would be the best guy to bust tanks. He'd also make your nobs troops making it less nessesary to get that 3rd truckk boy squad. The problem with your deff coptas is, is that the enemy is going to put one blast template over them and then they're all going to die. you're going to want to split them up into like 2-3 squads. give them rokkits and then one of them a buzz saw. Or you can get 3 squads of 3 each with rokkits and a buzz saw scout them, put them exactly 18 inches away, then when its your turn move and assult that vehicle that's 18 inches away shot the rokkits at faceing armor and then use that buzz saw (power klaw) on the rear armor they'll open like tin cans
