Hi I am looking for a player or 2 to play with in the Glasgow area that can play me in the local GW. I Play Dark Elves and Tau (DE mainly just undercoated, Tau not completely wysiwyg)

I lack the confidence to walk into the store on my own to challenge people/find a table then have to explain I lack experience in the new rules and all that. I have had my Dark elves for over 5 years but only played the same 2 people constantly. My tau I have had for a year and played a few before the rule change. (I also have a Dark eldar army I have had for 3 years but never once tried to use them) I have not played any match since November as well so don't expect me to be great or a challenge at first.

So basically just a partner to socialise with and break me into the new rules and such without me being nervous as hell or feel that I am being looked down on lol.

EDIT: Forgot some basic info. I'm 21, In part time work (a lab), I am ginger, anything else? Oh I sometime enjoy a long walk on the beach...(Lies I fething hate sand)

Hey there bro, im also from the Glasgow area and if you have been in the GW on Thursdays then you have probly seen me around hehe. While I probly wont be heading there anytime soon(due to cash) you probly wont see me hehe.

However dont be afraid to go in with your Tau or Dark Elves and ask somebody for a game. The majority of them will help you out with rules and such if you ask, they are al very friendly. If in fact you still cant bring yourself to ask then ask one of the staff members for some help and they will most likely help.

A lil OT, but you might be able to help. Do you know of any other places that allow wargames to be played within the store?? Im lookin to start some new wargames and dont know of any places as of yet.
