I keep hearing gw is making a new codex for tau, does that mean their going to add new models too? It also seems like like their working on too many other things to got this done by july(i heard the codex was coming out in summer)

Will a new Tau Codex entail new models?
...Almost guaranteed! (has there been a new Codex without new models in recent times?)

Will a new Tau book be out this summer/this year?
...Highly unlikely! (2011 seems packed with, most probably, Necrons, more Dark Eldar, possibly some Flyer-expansion and alot of Fantasy (not least that Magic Expansion)).
