So I recently got ahold of 10 Burna boyz, and realized that their masks look rather kommando-ish. So, I was thinking of magnatizing the arms and using them as burna boyz and kommandos by just using some CC arms. It's lazy I know, but it may be a cheap alternative to buying some boxes of Kommandos.

Any thoughts?

They're definitely convertible. I have Kommandos with Burnas made from regular boyz with Burna bits. The masks work great in that regard.

The magnetizing might get difficult because of the backpack on a Burna, but, even though I've never done it, it sounds do-able.

I'd say it's not worth it to magnetize any Boy sized models. It's too much effort when you get get a pile of AoBR boys cheap and just cut off their arms.

By all means make some kommandoes by converting burna boys, but I wouldn't bother magnetising, you'd save very little money for a whole lot of effort.
