Nice and simple, a slightly cheaper version of a captain for small games - say less than 800. He's not bad, he'll get the job done, but he's no superman. [well, he is superman... shush.]

If anything, he's like a company command squad, when, hey, noone uses him, he's not doin' gak, he's useless.

So, he can lead a small contingent of say 20 marines and a few light tanks.
