It's one of the new rule releases, it's not in the Eldar codex

Is it a Forgeworld release? It may be listed under the forgeworld product page for one of the new eldar models under Experimental Rules.

well, then its where ever it's found.

I am not familiar with Eldar as you can see, but we arn't allowed to give you rules here on Dakka even if we have them.

is it a Forge World release?

if it is then the rules will either be for free download on their Website OR in an IA book.

Bush? No, Eldar Ranger

Unless it's been re-released in the last couple days, then the Eldar CTM was a vehicle upgrade in the 3rd edition (i.e. not current) codex

On moon miranda.

As far as I know it doesn't do anything anymore. In 3rd edition it allowed an Eldar tank to make a move in the assault phase so they could basically act like Jet Infantry and pop out, shoot, then hide again, but that hasn't been around for many, many years now. It is not in the current Eldar Codex. Whether it will do the same thing in any FW book is anyone's guess as we've had multiple instances of wargear disappearing then reapearring doing something different later.

IRON WITHIN, IRON WITHOUT.

New Heavy Gear Log! Also...Grey Knights!
The correct pronunciation is Imperial Guard and Stormtroopers, "Astra Militarum" and "Tempestus Scions" are something you'll find at Hogwarts.
