So anyone know anything about when the new update for army builder will include the grey knights? I know they have a one month embargo yadda yadda but it has now been over a month. I understand they don't want to be sued. I just want some information so I can plan around it. You see some of us paid money for the program and want to know a bit more then when it is ready. We expect good customer service out of the teams supporting the product. I would prefer not having to start up army builder each day and click on the updates button to see if it has come out. I just want to know when so i can stop the madness of checking each and every day.

I have read every post I could find on this and get the feeling that the team building the updated for 40k in army builder don't feel they need to support us with information on when it will be released. I can't understand there reaction that they are having to the fans of there work just wanting some information on release dates. Now army builder doesn't officially support 40k I know it is for many games. I also know that the majority of there sales are from people using the program for 40k. Everyone I have seen with the program use it for 40k. So lets stop kidding ourself's and just accept the fact that most of us purchased the program with that game system in mind and want a bit more information on the time of releases.

I hope I am not coming off as being to upset I just want some information. It isn't like I am going to sue anyone if that info isn't correct. I am in Canada sueing people is just silly here. So all kidding aside can anyone shed some light on this very simple question. When oh when will my new grey knights be available in a update for Army Builder.

The release date was around the 5th of April so it's just about a month, perhaps a little less. Just be patient.

patient is a virtue I would love to be blessed with more of. I love playing with army builder and working out lists. It is one of the simple pleasures of using the program for 40k. I try to play 40k every week if i can. Working out new tactics and logistics is half the fun for me. I am not sure why I like it so much I guess it reminds me of X-com and working out the pre mission planning stage of the game. Army builder is my load screen where i get to see it all and decide do I want this can I do without that. I love the program and want to start playing with the new codex. I am not sure why GW is so strict on every little facet of there IP. I know they need to protect themselves but I think they are over doing it a bit. Well I will wait a few more days I thought the grey knights where released april 2nd.

IRC the allies rules are what is effecting the update since they have to go thru every imperial dex and remove the GK allies vs simply ok add new army GKs.

Well I am pleased the update just came out. So update you army builders and get building!!!

It gives me errors on basic choices, atm.

A strike squad of 10 men with ONE special weapon gives "Too many special weapon" errors.

Have reverted to previous update and will wait for the bugs to be fixed before installing any GK updates. As I don't play tournaments, and can do basic arithmetic with a pencil and paper and make up an army list with these and a codex, it can happily wait.

Besides, my licence will expire at the end of this month, and I'll have to do a manual download anyway (My club paid for my licence fees, as I was one of their list checkers for their tourneys. I'm no longer doing it, so don't need an auto-updating copy.)

I am sure there will be a few bugs. I like that they separated all the codexs now. Not all marines are listed as one category. I will play with the grey knight army lists a bit and see if there is any problems.
