When a Thunder hammer is on its own does it get the Bonus attack. For example Coteaz has a bolt pistol and Nemesis daemon hammer so thats two close combat weapons right?

I know it doesn't get the attack with a SS though. So do I get the attack? Thanks in advance

No.

Thunderhammers, lightning claws, power fists (and klaws) require a second weapon of the same kind to grant the +1A for two weapons.

One of them, NO +1A, but ALL attacks still use that weapon's effects.
