Just want to get a feeling for if anyone thinks this is too overpowered.
Firstly: Shadowsun.
Everything is pretty much the exact same, same point cost, with the following differences. She gets (in addition to her two fusion blasters) 2 Pulse blasters (working name) 18" s5 ap5 assault 2 rending. She can either fire the fusion blasters, or the pulse blasters at one or two units (as current). I figured that would allow her some range, gives her more shots than a standard burst cannon, without resorting to two burst canons.
Other major change: The leadership sharing bubble is placed on her model instead of the command link drone. The command link drones new purpose is basically a drone based fletchette discharger-same rules as the vehicle ones. This is mostly so that when the drone dies, she doesn't lose her special rule.
Secondly: Stealth Suits in general.
I've been pondering what to do with my Stealth Suits for a while. It's sort of funny how in the background, Stealth Suits aren't really apart of the battle plans-and that's sort of the place they are at for me. I really like the models-and I have an open spot (when I'm not using my body guard xv8s as a 2 man team). I also really like the idea of Rail rifles, but don't like the idea of them in pathfinder teams.
What I propose, is remove the option for the fusion blasters, and change the weapon the stealth suits use to a sort of 'multi-weapon' similar to how the chaos obliterators or the Jokero or even the Forgeworld Shas'O Ralai.
Two modes. Standard burst cannon, and Rail rifle. The entire team fires the same weapon. It gives them a little more range and would make them more interesting to play with, I'm thinking a 5 point increase on basic Stealth Suit cost (so 35 points).
That is rail rifle (36" s6 ap3) not to be confused with Rail gun (72" s10 ap1).
