My question is can I use dark Eldar jetbikes for my seer council since they don't have shuri cats? Are people that anal about wysiwyg ? How about witch blades ? Can I just use some dire avenger swords ?

There's a weapon mount under the DE bikes. It shouldn't be too hard to convert if the people you play with are likely to call you out on such things.

Im mainly worred about the memphis battle bunker tournys and 'ard boyz. I dont know those people personally and i doubt they would be that friendly ..

Chances are 'Ard Boyz won't be that bad. People who show up to that will claim that the white primered models are armed differently than the black and usually it flies with the TO.

(Obviously check with your personal TO beforehand)

I have no idea about the battle bunker tournament, but I imagine they have a website with rules and an e-mail address that you can contact them with.

However, as far as conversions go, follow the three C's:

1) Communication
2) Consistency
3) Coolness

As long as you make it clear to everyone (and I mean everyone short of the opponent's dog), keep differently-armed models recognizable, and make it look cool, you should have no problem at all. This is especially true with the conversion you have in mind, as you are taking almost identical models. The key difference between the two are the size I believe.

Also, this is an expensive hobby, and everyone knows it. Considering the Reaver Jetbikes are almost as cheap as a single Eldar Jetbike (if I remember right) most people will understand and applaud your initiative.
