So I have 87 points left. Any idea what to add?

Also, comments on the rest of the list will be welcome.

Personally I would drop the incubi squad down to 4 and put the archon and them inside a venom. If the incubi raider gets popped 1st turn which it very well could since it will probably be the initial focus and Raiders are NEVER guaranteed to make it through turn one (paper plane transport), you will be losing quite the point sink trying to footslog them. Also I find 10 man warrior squads in raiders are not nearly as efficient as 5 man warrior squads in venoms with 2 splinter cannons. The warriors won't be shooting much at all with the rifles unless you plan on getting to 12 inches or sitting still. Essentially 8 warriors will be somewhat useless for most of the game unless you are very aggressive with them (or at least that is how my games have turned out when I take warrior boats). Each squad is, 195 pts, First turn you should be getting 4-6 poisoned shots with them depending on if you moved and then your dark lance shot, also the blaster may be a little bit of a waste as they have to shoot at the same target and splinter weapons will have no effect on vehicles. A squad of 5 warriors with a blaster in a venom with 2 cannons is only 125 points, guaranteed 12 poison shots and is a very cheap scoring unit that is fast and also has a blaster.

If you are set on the warrior boats then I would consider dropping the nightshields and playing them more aggressively otherwise you will probably not be making up their points cost throughout the game (based on the assumption you want to sit back at 36 inches to put use to the nightshields meaning 9 of the warriors are not shooting). I think with your list you simply lack numbers, by that I mean the enemy will have a easy time deciding what to shoot at and in what order since they are not presented with a good number of targets, you could easily fit 5-6 smaller squads with more shooting output for the same points cost. Alas I understand venom models are hard to come by O.o I am stuck proxying mine until the GW models come out this summer since I'm too lazy to buy vypers to convert lol.

The Ravagers are always a good choice, though you may consider dropping the nightshields. If you can free up 160 points I would seriously consider a Trueborn squad of 5 with 3 shardcarbines and 2 splinter cannons in a venom with 2 splinter cannons. They put out 20 shots on the move at 36 inch range, if you are in 18 and didn't move it's 33 (not including TL Splinter rifle). This unit has been my absolute favorite on the battlefield and I tend to use 2 regular warrior venoms to cover this squads entry to their ideal shooting zone.

If you have points left at the end you might give the archon a huskblade and soul-trap/ghostplate or w/e you have points for. If you are taking an Archon I think the best option is to go big or go home, beef him up all the way or just take haemonculus instead since they are much cheaper and will kill just as many models with their liquifiers. I love taking them with 8 man wych squads, dropping the wyches off in assault range with a pain token already on them and leaving the haemy in the raider to fly around liquifying things (though no one shotting HQs hence the Huskblade).

I hope any of these suggestions might help you in deciding what you want to add/change to your list. Cheers and happy realspace raids!
