As we know different races have their own nemesis that are real threats to them and those two sides are very brutal towards each other.
For example the Eldars main enemies are the Necrons, Chaos (specifically Slaanesh), and some times the Imperium (due to their expansions).
The Imperiums main enemies are Chaos and the expansion of the Tau Empire is a bit of a threat to them even though the Imperium actually deals with them well.
Taus main enemies are the Imperium because the Ultramarines are constantly pushing them back when ever the Tau want to spread out more.
Chaos (they cant even unite with them selves) main enemies are the Imperium and Necrons.
Sorry if I did not say the other races such as the Orks because even though there are many of them they don’t seem to be that big of threats untill a smart war boss rises and unites them all but the Imperium and Eldar learnt from their past mistakes and try to assassinate them before they unite and create an unstoppable force.
Dark Eldar aren’t also that big of threats because they are just pirates that always escape and don’t participate in big attacks, they just need souls. But the Dark Eldar really hate Slaanesh.

Anyways my question is that is it possible to make some alliances to wipe out some of the races? Wanted to see your opinions.

Eldar and Imperium have allied on several occasions but that is an alliance of convenience and easily broken.
Imperium and Tau also make alliances of convenience which are again easily broken.
Orks are used by races, like DE and Chaos, as tools for disruption.
Tyranids won't make alliances with anyone.
The biggest problem in general for the IoM is that if they don't work well in alliances unless they literally have no other choice.

No.
Races are here to stay.

Alliances have at best 3 participants:
- Eldar in different colors
- Humans in different colors
- Tau and or other small new upstarts

The backstabber factions may partake temporary in an alliance :
- chaos of any sort
- some eldar

Some dont ally:
- tyranids
- orks
- necrons (pre 5th edition?)

All ganging up on one could surely wipe that race. Unlikely so it depends on the composition of the alliance if its a group vs a single race.

Yeah there are many orks that are used by other races as met sheilds or merchants
