I know that both regiments are considered "Air" Guard, but are they different at all?

From the Lexicanum, I know that.

The Harakoni are more of a heavy infantry/shock troop regiment that deploy via grav-glider.
and
The Elysians are an airborne rapid response force.

Has anyone else heard of any other info for these to regiments?

They are more or less the same...
The Elysians might do the 'behind enemy lines' thing more than the Harakoni though... not that it has really worked out for them though.

The Norse Lands

Yeah. Elysians and Harakoni are both very very very very unlucky regiments. For all the cool armor and toys they get, the officers never mention how fethed they actually are.

It seemed that Harakoni were much better equipped than Elysians. The only photo of them in the 4th Ed IG Dex showed them equipped with loads of kit and armour, but I think they basically played the same roles.
