So i've been theory-crafting a 1500 pt GK foot list for a pretty diverse meta.

The core of the list is as follows

4x10 GK Strikes, 2 psycannons, psybolts

2x1 GK Dreadnaughts, 2x TL-Autocannon, psybolts

That is 1230 points, which leaves 370 for a HQ and some toys.

Now, i've had a look at crowe, and i don't like the character, so I'm highly adverse to paying for him as access to purifiers as troops, even though they are probably better for a foot list. So, commentors can view this as a semi-competitive, semi-fun list.

One possible HQ setup I looked at was:

Ordo Malleus Inq., Terminator armor, Psycannon (80pts)
Ordo Malleus Inq., Terminator armor, Psycannon (80pts)

The Termy armor upgrade comes with a daemonhammer as well, so this would add some decent CC punch to two of the strike squads, as well as a relentless psycannon. This choice leaves another 110 points to play with, which could be taken as upgrades among the Strike squads (such as more hammers or halberds), or a 5-man strike squad with a psycannon (or as a heavy weapons henchman squad)

A Grandmaster, with minimal upgrades, leaves enough space for a third psyfleman, and gives me grand strategy (which would probably be best used as scout or reroll-1s)

Aside from wanting to avoid Crowe, and wanting to use nearly-all PAGK as the foot core of the list, I'm not really set on anything. Mobility is a concern, as is a low number of bodies. Basically I'm looking for comments on changes or new designs i could use to make a good all-foot list (so, any units except stormravens, LRs, chimeras, rhinos, and crowe)

I don't think number of bodies should be a big concern. 40+ power armored bodies and a couple dreads is pretty good at 1500.

Other than that I can't comment to much as I'm still somewhat unfamiliar with the GK codex. I've only read through it a couple times. I guess the weakness of this army is like any other foot army, in that you won't be able to make last second rushes at objectives like you could if you were in transports.

Inquisitors and some extra gear for the squads would be a good choice. They will make their attached units Stubborn as well as adding the 4 shots all the time.
