See Title; I was watching some Fails of the Weak for Halo Reach, and it got me to wanting to play Reach again, but I can't play Firefight or even enter Theater without a Hard Drive. And since my old Xbox Kaputskied, and the new Elite ones don't come with a Hard Drive (or to my eyes, a place to even PUT a Hard Drive), so I'm not only unable to play my favorite mode, but also unable to download that many arcade games.

Only problem is, is that I don't see how one could actually connect to the Elite, and I was hoping if anyone would be able to tell me, because I really want to record an awesome Fail and send it in.

On the top / Left of the CD drive there is a small panel that should just have a button you press to reveal the location to plug in an Xbox Hard Drive to. Alternativly, you can now use USB drives as storage for your Xbox 360, you just need to go into the storage options of the Xbox dashboard to set it up.

Hmmm, only button next to the CD Drive is the one that opens up the CD drive.

And how do I get to Storage Options? I'm not seeing it in System Settings.

Thanks for your help

Edit: AHA! Found the button you were talking about, it's on the exact BOTTOM though. Mine just didn't come with a Harddrive, so I'm going to have to buy one ASAP.

Mine has 4GB of Memory built in, that's it :(

And two of those 4 are being used for System Settings.....

Thank Ye, Might have to do that if I can muster up the courage to insert something in a hole that's not supposed to receive it

Wait a sec, aren't Elites the black Xbox's? That's what I have and it came with a huge hard drive. 60 or 120 gigs IIRC.

I thought the New Smaller Xbox 360's were called Elites.

I believe that we can all rest assured, it is some form of 360. Possibly not an elite. But surely a 360
