Space wolves or CSM?

The one they think looks cool. It's a personal choice really.

Wolves are a very flexible codex full of great choices. Very easy to put together a good army.

For the other choice - did you mean C:SM or C:CSM?
C:SM makes some good firepower lists but is less good at all-rounders.
C:CSM has fairly few solid choices, it's a very limited codex.
