HQ- Autarch w/ Power Weapon and Maniblasters - 90 Points
Gives me more tactical flexibility for reserves
Farseer- Runes of Warding, Mind War - 90 Points
Cheap psychic defense and picks off important enemies- Sgts, ICs, etc.
Fire Dragons x6 with Wave Serpent- TL Shurikan Catapults and TL Shurikan Cannons - 196 Points
Fire Dragons x6 with Wave Serpent- TL Shurikan Catapults and TL Shurikan Cannons - 196 Points
Here's a good chunk of the anti-armor firepower; Wave Serpents are really only a delivery mechanism
Guardians x 10 w/ Scatterlaser, Warlock, Singing Spear, and Embolden- 128 Points
Guardians x 10 w/ Scatterlaser, Warlock, Singing Spear, and Embolden- 128 Points
Acts as rear-table objective holders. Can provide fire support with the scatterlasers. Singing spears are cheap insurance against outflanking or fast vehicles
Dire Avengers x 5- 60 Points
These go in the Falcon Tank
Vypers x2 w/ Shurikan Cannons and TL- Shurikan Catapults - 100 Points
Cheap, fast fire support. Helps button enemy transports.
Warp Spiders x7 w/ Exarch, Powerblades, Twin-Deathspinner - 181 Points
Can damage light transports/vehicles and provide rapid-response volume of fire against infantry
Falcon Tank w/ Holofields, Missile Launcher- 170 Points
Acts as a scoring gunship. Can engage medium enemy vehicles or TEQs
Fire Prism w/ Holofields and Shurikan Cannon- 160 Points
Provides broad-usage fire support. Holofields improve durability, Shurikan Cannon keeps the tank relevant if the Prism Cannon is destroyed.
Total - 1499 Points
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

List looks pretty good, just a few things I'd change personally.
First, at 1500 points, the need for an autarch isn't really there. You can save yourself the points.
The Farseer, might I suggest guide instead? With that change you can stick him in with your avengers, and guide the falcon. Makes the falcon much more useful.
Fire dragons - Great choice, only change I would make here is to drop them down to 5 man squads instead of 6.
Hmmm, I don't like defender guardians. No armor, poor leadership, and bad ballistics. If you want to bring guardians, I would switch to storm guardians, in doing so, take the two flamers, give your lock destructor (removing his singing spear) and throw them in a transport. Go go flames of death. and you really don't need a back objective holder, that's what the DAVU falcon squad is for.
Speaking of DAVU falcon squad... excellent!
My personal opinion of vypers is bad, I think they're too fragile for their points, but I have seen them be used effectively, so to each their own.
Warp spiders are better at higher point games, like the Autarch, I'd save yourself the points and leave em home.
I love prisms, they're awesome, however I find that one by itself, is useless. Bring two at least. Also, don't give them the shurikan cannon. Better to spend the ten points on spirit stones then the cannon upgrade which will almost never be used.

If you have the models / money, you should consider replacing your Guardian Squads with Guardian Jetbikes
(129) 3 GJB + Warlock- shuri cannon, spear, embolden
The squad comes out a single point more expensive then your squad. You still get a heavy weapon (shuri cannon) and your singing spear- except now the spear is on a mobile platform which makes smacking enemies with it easier.
The real benefit to Guardian Jetbikes, is that they make up for their small squad size by being incredibly fast. You can zip them around to objectives late in the game, and still make use of 12 inch move, and jump shoot jump to plink with the scatter laser / spear.
Storm Guardians are a great unit, and one of our better troop choices, IF and only if you put them in a wave serpent. They can't afford to be on foot- as they require precision placement of their flame throwers. Guardian Defenders are better on foot because of the heavy weapon.
I do commend you for using Guardian Defenders instead of pathfinders! After playtesting with non mech troop choices in my early days I found Defenders to be superior to Pathfinders (though these days I just use GJB).
Still you want to be all mechanized. Having guardian defenders sitting around is not good. They get caught and then you lose both a troop and your objective. That said, if you don't have storm guardians Defenders are OK in a wave serpent. they aren't as good as DA or storm guardians, but they are fairly cheap, and their heavy weapon can match the range of the serpent heavy weapon.
you can free up those points by dropping those vypers- and possibly the Autarch
Amanax is right on farseer powers. Guide, Doom, and Fortune are just so much more effective then Mindwar's chance at snipping.
A single night spinner > a single fire prism. Prisms need a second to gain the benefits of linking. Without cannon linking shenanigans and greater accuracy of the spinner just wins out.
as Amanax said, you don't need an autarch, but if you are including an autarch, and you are including warp spiders- it seems wasteful not to spend the extra 35 points (for the jump generator and a fusion gun) and stick him with the spiders. I like the spiders as an Autarch body guard, but I will admit that I haven't used the combo in games lower than 2000 points. So take that with a grain of salt. In 1500 point games I can't usually justify the cost and instead focus on things like mechanized troops, fire dragons, and heavy support.
