They need to stop trying to do Grey Knight style stuff. The product of their efforts has so far proven to be hideous. Especially since they insist on putting giant trash can shoulder pads on them all.

Not a huge fan of the paint job, but looks like a cool miniature. So much better than the heavily armored Games Workshop fighters-of-daemons.

As a Space Marine or Grey Knight substitute? No. Just no.
As a random Sci-Fi miniature? I don't care for the look. Scibor fits a similar niche far better.
I wish the company well and much success. Some of their bits and bases are cool, though.

Yawn.....please, hit the originality button.....I want new stuff, and if it must be derivative work, please understand there are other companies than GW out there....hell, what I wouldn't pay for a NOT- HALO sculpt, or a NOT- Mass Effect sculpt.....I wouldn't mind, but IMHO even the GW Grey Knights look whack, what hope does a derivative piece have?

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money. |
