Long time lurker, first time poster. I have been working on this over at Da Waaagh, and thought I would post it here to get some additional C&C. It is in the home stretch of construction, there are some detailing issues and some more smoke plumes, but it is almost ready for primer.

Amazing!!! I love Stompas, and I really, really love Stormboy Stompas.

The gesturing arm is excellent, the ammo feed is awesome, the rocket-pack is . . . well I'm really tired and I've run out of synonyms for 'amazing', but you get the idea.

I honestly can't think of any criticisms. I've seen a lot of scratchbuilt stompas that IMHO looked kind of lame, but yours is perfect.

EDIT: My favorite part is the leg designs, with the massive shock absorbers. It makes sense that a Stormboy Stompa would land with great force, and the legs would need to be reenforced so they would break under the strain.

Cheers. Thanks for the feedback. The smoke is done by super gluing foliage to a dowel. Then I doused and redoused it with PVA (White glue) to get it to stay in place.
