Does this work even if my wizard has the lore of death or the lore of light or does it only work for the ones that are the lore of nehekhara?

Liche priest are all nehekharan undead wizards. In addition, to support them all getting it the hierotitan himself has to bound things that let him cast a death and a light spell.

As far as i know (haven't had a solid read through the book) it would affect all wizards with the nehekhran undead rule, no matter the lore they are using. I don't believe the titan himself would get the bonus as you don't add any modifiers when casting bound spells

Yes, you get it no matter the lore you cast, you just need to be Nehekharan Undead
