I'd drop the GL from all the lists. Stick to plasma and melta, especially if your running vets. PP are also a waste of points unless there is leftover points and no more FOC slots.
Heres a list I would run at 750

Just an idea.... you might be able to save a few points by droping the Company Command and taking the psyker. You'd probably get more str. 6 shots than the 4 GLs and You'd save a few points to invest else where.

The issues I'm still seeing with the lists is the survivability of some of the stuff. I'm assuming that the sentinels are both the scout varient. If thats the case, then they can be gunned down by anything thats strength 4 or higher. Marbo isn't really survivable either, as he pops out from a trashcan, throws a big grenade, and then gets pulped by something. Even the hydras aren't overly survivable, especially with the front armor 12. If your worried about vendettas then, why not try something like this?

This way you have a battlecannon which can take out anything at 750pts (even a landraider is vulnerable) and you can deal with vendettas and valkyries with the 2 hydras. All in all though the list is more survivable than taking marbo and sentinels

My only point with regard to the russ is that it will last a lot longer than anything you want to take. If I played this list in a tournament setting taking out the sentinels would be easy. Chances are they wouldn't make their points back either. What happens when you run up against Space Marines (which you will because everyone and their mom plays them) Missle launcher will probably hit, and chances are will destroy the sentinel. 2 ML and your done. They don't need to move to range because they have the same as you. I'm not sure about other people, but I could easily take out a single sentinel without letting it kill something. Hydras are also easy to pop. My biggest concern with your lists is that there is no reliable way to deal with 3+ saves without getting yourself killed. The only possibility is Marbo, and he is pretty easy to deal with
