First, two legal things:
1) Heroes are at 254 points currently, so 4 points over 25% limit
2) Priest currently has two arcane items
Dropping the grubs cleans up both problems, and brings the extra points to 75. Those terradon braves do very little for their points, so there's another 30 free, bringing us to 105.
How about some more terradons? That buys one more for each unit (90), with 15 points left for the skink chief - I'm thinking dragonhelm (10), then either a luckstone (5) or a potion of foolhardiness (5), or give the skink priest the ironcurse (5) to keep the SNK units from getting too smooshed.
That's what I got: more legal, more terries (more rock-dropping, jav-tossing, skink-riding), more beefy skink commando
EDIT Just realized that your list is quite a bit over 1000 points! If we hack through terradons we can get it back down ...
