The plan Is to move the rhino up for objective or to bring assault (if fighting tau),while the other squad in combat squads with the sarge and plasma gun w/ the librarian move up to control ground, with the ml sitting back for cover

I don't understand the motives for this list other then drop the plasma and storm bolter and try to squeeze in a rhino for the other tac squad

Are you looking to expand this list or this a small project army?

It's part of an escalation campaign this is my first round and it is pretty strict on points so no le way and I can't fit a rhino in either way I think it works out pretty good

idk works pretty well for me, all ive been playing is 500 pt games lately since im pretty noob. sometimes i drop the RB to a Rhino, and drop the lascannon and pick up a powerfist for my sarge, but ive only used it once outta like 3 games.

Not a bad list, but IMO a better tactic is put the librarian in the rhino with a combat squad with the flamer for objective control and assault, move the next combat squad with plasmagun up for support of the assault'objective unit with the 2 ML combat squads laying down support and suppression fire.
The rhino, after dropping the librarian group at the objective can shuttle any other combat squad where needed.

I was also thinking about replacing the flamer for melta gun

At 500 points where you can't have heavy support, you'll probably get more mileage out of a flamer than a melta.
