Firstly English mans of units:
Scriptor = Librarian
Nemesis-Ritter = Dreadknight
Just so when I use the English names you know what I'm talking about.
Here's what I'd do keep some of the same elements but upping their threat level and reducing your issues:
You don't need 6 Servo skulls, 2 is enough as all you need them for is blocking scouters. Warp Rift is Ok not sure when I'd use it though. Incinerators aren't great Psycannons are. Always take psycannons basically wherever you can.
So drop the 4 Servo Skulls, Warp rift and the Incinerator, Give the
GM a Psycannon and the Libby a Warding stave (his job is to buff the army and not die).
Ven Dreads are awesome and config is great.
You have 2 5 man squads as troops that is not enough scoring in a game where 2 out of 3 are objective based. Nowhere near enough at 2k. Likewise your paladin squad isn't best suited to take advantage of the upgrades you've given them. I can see why you'veem (so they fit in the redeemer), but you need psycannons and Falchions. So take a normal Terminator squad with 5 Falchions and Psycannon for 250. You'll have to up the Land Raider to a Crusader to compensate.
This gives you more hitting power from that unit as you have an extra body and each guy is getting 5 attacks on the charge instead of 3 so thats 25 attacks from the unit rather than 12, still at I10, S7 doing
2d6 armour pen

. You'll kill anything you touch.
The Dreadknights are fine and I presume they are there to shunt punch using the
GMs Grand Strategy to make a 30" scout move and then assault on turn 1?
Not a huge fan of the Dreadknight but my changes should make the list more viable in objective games and it will be more threatening. It requires a total rebuild to bee tournament ready but with my suggestions it will give friendly lists a problem and should cause the unprepared opponent real issues.
