Too many elites as mentioned...

Ditch the krak grenades on the CCS as they cannot charge a tank after firing plasma. Also ditch the carapace armour it's not worth it for 5 guys.

Ditch the Primaris Psyker and get a Lord Commissar.

Psyker Battle Squad is pretty cool. Take two of these in Chimeras.

Add the Commissar to the Ogyrns

You need more troops so get more of them, again ditch the armour.

You should take Manticores in pairs like many many other things for target saturation and dual threat
