I'm rather unhappy with GW not updating the Assassin model line I think they should at some point in time desperately cause they're going out of date. I think the best model to weather the time though is definitely the Vindicare Assassin. The others need some serious help, My only issue is I'm looking to put together a Vindicare Assassin but make him actually look new... So I'm looking for models that have a stealth suit appeal at the least and have a rifle held or on his back in some way for the base.

I'm also looking to perhaps cut off the head of the model and replace it with a ninja mask type effect sense Vindicare lost his stealth mask I think this would show that off very well. So any model heads anyone knows that have a ninja mask effect with a villain like appeal I would be interest in that as well. I might just use the old model with a new head and some green stuff in the mix but any help anyone can give me thank you!

-Sincerely Viri

Not a lot of chance of them updating the vindicare anytime soon. It's a Jes Goodwin design, and they seem to have the longevity (some of his eldar have been in the game since 1990).

I've got both of them, and have just found an original "space ninja" assassin from RT (he'll be my Eversor).
That said, which of the two do you have.

Sniper or bird shooter?
Bird shooter is probably the easiest to mod. With a dremel and some eldar arms to replace what you remove. A scout marine sniper box can provide the gun.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.
