The general thought is a generic / non detailed fully painted and assembled army generally goes for 50% of retail. The reason is often the purchaser has to scrap some models, remove basing, and do a lot of work themself to bring the army up to speed. The purchase of a fully painted and well detailed army can be 100% or greater depending on level, want, need, and the actual purchaser. Sorry if that disappoints you, but its about what to expect.
I have had moderate to good success in selling full painted armies consistently for 85%. However, usually i'm not even attempting to sell for provide, just to help out a fellow gamer and reclaim some cash towards a future purchase.

my price point on used models.
Retail price with a 30% discount. Then halve that. Why? Because I'll have to strip and repaint everything. If it was painted to a standard where the paint was worth something, you'd know and already have it priced accordingly, since you don't, it's an unfortunate occurance that painting has devalued the starting models.

The value of used models can depend greatly on the quality of hobby skill that went into them.
This is my opinion...
Well painted ≥ MSRP
Unpainted (assembled well) ~ 50% MSRP
Poorly painted and/or Unpainted (assembled poorly) < 30-40% MSRP
