Purple has it.

Forge World releases the Imperial Armor books which all detail a particular campaign and the forces involved.

the books contain army lists for said forces usually based off existing codices with minor or major changes. it then has campaign rules for the campaign.

the DKoK has an almost completely different list from the IG codex and so is a complete codex equivilent.

I belive you can download the DKoK list for free on FWs website

Not the most helpful advice considering that Vraks covers three books and the list has been updated since.

DKoK is Imperial Guard, so the IG Codex applies with the specific additions given in the linked pdf.
It was originally featured in the first Vraks book (2007) with additions in the two others, but updated to the 5th edition and new IG Codex with the pdf-Update.

You have 20,000 points of 40k, and you can't figure out how do download the DKoK rules from the FW website?

In any case, you are in luck that the DKoK rules are online. It was not always that way. Also fairly recently they were updated for the more recent IG codex.

interesting fact! If you buy a new copy of IA5 (Siege of Vraks pt 1) It includes both the new PDF lists inside it rather than the old 4th ed lists!
